OPERATING ENGINEERS (O.E.) LOCAL 513 JOINT APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

O.E. Local 513 has an Apprenticeship Program.  Their apprentices earn while they learn by receiving competitive salaries, benefits and on-the-job training -all at a minimal cost.  Individuals who complete the apprenticeship earn 30-40 hours of credit toward an Associate of Applied Science Degree. They do not require a letter of intent from a contractor; completing an application is the first step. If you would like additional information about this opportunity, stop by the counselor's office.

HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

All high school students are eligible to participate and the top winners in each grade will receive prizes and juniors will win a MAC scholarship (eligible for dual credit).  Teachers will also receive a token of thanks from us if their students submit.

We're using a new submission system this year rather than using emails or sharing documents.  The files need to be a .docx or .pdf format, so if students are working in Google Docs, have them download that document as one of the above formats and they can upload it.

The URL for submissions is: MAC.edu/EssayContest

For additional information please email Mr. Nichols.  Chris.nichols@deltarv.k12.mo.us
