ENGLISH II EOC
Mrs. Seyer's 3rd hour English II class will be taking the English II EOC exam this Friday, March 28.

FIELD TRIP
The 6th & 7th grades will be going to the Cape airport to send off the honor flight on Thursday, 3/27. Safe travels for everyone.
SADI DriveAbility Summer Program
SADI is opening a new driving school, SADI DriveAbility. This summer program is offered to students with an IEP or a 504 plan. SADI will be offering a 3-week course for individuals that want to obtain their Missouri Driver’s Permit. This course will be led by their Occupational Therapist/Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist and Driving Coach. This course is limited to 6 students. If your student is interested in participating, please have them get a referral form from the counselor. All forms must be completed and turned into SADI by April 10, 2025.
GRAYBAR CONSTRUCTION TRADES SCHOLARSHIP
The Graybar Construction Trades Scholarship will be awarded to students who will enroll full time as undergraduate students in an accredited nonprofit two-year college or technical school program in the construction trades. Students in apprenticeship programs will also be considered. Award amount $2500. Deadline 4/15/25. MIZZOU MEDPREP
The University of Missouri School of Medicine would like to invite current sophomore and juniors to apply to participate in the Mizzou Medical Explorations program. This is a two-week online workshop with a one-day in-person visit to the University of Missouri Columbia campus. The students will have an opportunity to ENGAGE, EXPLORE, and EXPERIENCE careers in healthcare. A+
A+ students (especially seniors), please bring your updated A+ log sheets to Mrs. Elfrink so she can make a copy and update your parents on your status. As a reminder, A+ students need to complete 50 hours of documented tutoring or mentoring to be eligible for the A+ scholarship.

The Show-Me to College Scholarship, is open to graduating Missouri students who meet certain criteria such as a cumulative high school GPA of 3.5+ through at least seven semesters and a Student Aid Index (SAI) from the FAFSA of 12,000 or less. No essays are required, and you will need to upload your FAFSA Submission Summary, your high school transcript, and list activities. The application will open February 1 to April 1, 2025! The scholarship is $2,000 per year and renewable for a total of four years. If you do not apply for this scholarship this year, you cannot receive it going forward. The application is available on myscholarshipcentral.org/apply - then click on Apply Now, create an account or sign in if you already have an account, and then search for “Show-Me”. While on My Scholarship Central, you can also look for other scholarships you may be eligible for offered by Missouri-based nonprofit organizations and foundations.
ROBERT J. STUCKEY ESSAY CONTEST

NAMI MISSOURI'S YOUTH AMBASSADOR MENTAL HEALTH SCHOLARSHIP
$1,000 Awarded to 2 high school seniors. Seniors should write an essay on what mental health means to them approximately 500-700 words. The student may also record a video of their presentation. Submit your application at https://namimissouri.org/get-involved/youth/youth-ambassador/ by March 28.

Thursday, 3/27 current CTC students will not attend. Please arrive to Delta by 11:00am. This is prospective student day. The students wishing to attend the CTC next year will be going this day to get more information on classes they are interested in.
