A+ SENIORS
The deadline to submit your A+ contract and completed log to the counselor is Monday, April 14. Please make sure it includes dates listed with month, date, and year, who you tutored, mentored, or job shadowed, and that each entry has been signed by a school staff member. To meet A+ scholarship eligibility requirements you will need at least 50 hours. To help you complete your logs, sign in and sign out sheets are available in the high school office.
SUMMER WORK OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE THROUGH VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION
Trendline and Vocational Rehabilitation have openings for work opportunities at Food Giant, Mercy, and SEMO pets. Please ask Mr. Cross or the counselor for more information if you think you are interested.
MAC HEALTHCARE PRE-APPRENTICESHIP
MAC at Park Hills is offering an Intro to Health Professions hybrid course at beginning 6/4/2025. If they sign up as a pre-apprentice with the Apprenticeship Coordinator, their tuition will be fully covered. For more information, please ask the counselor.
SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI DISTRICT FAIR FOUNDATION EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship is open to any college level applicant representing the Southeast Missouri District Fair service area. Applicant must have been an exhibitor at the Southeast Missouri District Fair. $2,500. Deadline April 1.
SEMO CATTLEMEN'S ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP
Deadline April 1.

DELTA CLASS OF 1965 SCHOLARSHIP
Will go to a Delta graduate. Application in the senior mailboxes. Deadline to submit to the counselor is April 8.
BANK OF ADVANCE SCHOLARSHIP
Bank of Advance Scholarship will go to a Delta High School graduating senior. $1,000. Must be planning to enroll full-time in an accredited college or university. Application is in the senior mailboxes. Deadline: must be submitted to the counselor by April 9.
CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY FARM BUREAU SCHOLARSHIP
Applicants should have an interest in furthering their education by engaging in studies related to agriculture or other fields that benefit rural life. $500 scholarship to be used to enter post-secondary training (college or vocational training). Must be a graduating senior from Cape Girardeau County. Applications must be received by April 11.
RIVER CITY RODDERS SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded to a graduating senior at a high school located in the Cape Girardeau area who will be attending a 2- or 4-year vocational institution in the next academic school year with a focus on automotive skills. $750. Deadline for submission April 15.
CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY ROTARY SCHOLARSHIP
Application in the senior mailboxes. Must receive it at their Cape location by April 21.
ORAN KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS SCHOLARSHIP
The Oran Knights of Columbus Council 4311 offer a total of four scholarships of $1,000 per scholarship. These are available for entering college freshmen. Applicants must be members or are the son or daughter of an active or deceased member of the Oran Knights of Columbus Council 4311. The deadline for submission of applications is April 25.
DREW JONES MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
To apply, you must be a graduating senior and have one or both parents deceased, be applying to a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical training school, and demonstrate financial need. Application in senior mailboxes. Deadline May 1.
